The Ambassador of Ecuador and of GRUPA (A council of 21 Latin American and Pacific Countries in India), H.E. Hector Cueva visited Tribes India's flagship store at 9 Mahadev Road, New Delhi on October 1, 2020.

The Ambassador had productive interactions with the team headed by Mr. Kuldeep Kaul and also had a short video chat with Mr. Pravir Krishna, Managing Director, TRIFED. During his personal visit, he expressed keen interest in artefacts and tribal tourism.

#Be vocal for local is the new mantra in town. Adding the tribal flavour to this mantra, renowned designer, Rina Dhaka, also TRIBES INDIA’s ace designer is collaborating with NewsX on a series of five interviews. Titled “Designer and Her Muse”, this show features Rina Dhaka’s conversations with five prominent personalities who have worked with her in the past.

The purpose of these short interviews is to spread the word and expose a larger audience to the mystique and beauty of the handiwork and products of India’s skilled tribal people and artisans.
