According to the TRIFED by-laws, the Finance Committee has been constituted to provide assistance to the Board of Directors.

The Finance Committee assists in discharging its core responsibilities in connection with monitoring the organization’s financial resources which also includes its capital management

and planning regarding formulating the annual financial plan. Ensuring smooth execution of financial matters has been a norm that is followed by all Finance Committees at TRIFED.
