There has been a great yield of Mahua flowers in the forest areas of Madhya Pradesh. Something that has given the poor tribals of this region much cheer amidst the gloom and tension filled days of the Covid-19 pandemic.
With the recent amendments introduced by the Government in the MSP for MFP scheme, there has been a massive procurement of these Mahua flowers in the associated VDVKs of Pipalgota, Dudadeh, and Saheli of 49690 kg worth a total value of Rs. 18,69,586.00.
