The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, hosted the National Conference & Exhibition on Leveraging CSR Excellence for Tribal Development on 6–7 October 2025 in New Delhi, marking India’s 2nd Annual CSR Day. The event celebrated Mahatma Gandhi’s legacy of trusteeship and showcased transformative CSR initiatives focused on tribal empowerment.

Graced by senior dignitaries from the Ministries of Tribal Affairs, Corporate Affairs, and Development of North Eastern Region, the conference featured vibrant exhibitions by tribal artisans supported by TRIFED and high-impact panel discussions on livelihoods, health, and entrepreneurship. Over 300 delegates from government, industry, academia, and civil society participated.

Keynote speakers emphasized inclusive growth, AI-driven solutions, and skill development as pillars of sustainable CSR. The event reaffirmed India’s commitment to aligning corporate responsibility with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), fostering innovation, equity, and community-led progress.
